This quintessential coastal cottage has been tastefully renovated whilst keeping the original features in tact. Offering three bedrooms with queen sized beds, and a separate mid room with a set of single bunks. The open plan living, kitchen and dining has been designed to take in and absorb the breathtaking views of Seven Mile Beach and Coolangatta Mountain. The Cottage has two bathrooms, the main with a separate shower, full sized bath tub and toilet, and the other with a shower and toilet. In addition there is separate laundry with washer and dryer, an outside toilet, and an outside hot & cold shower. For entertaining the choice is yours; the front deck takes advantage of the spectacular ocean views and evening sunsets, whilst the back yard is perfect for those private nights cooking up a storm on the four burner BBQ and enjoying the fire pit. Other inclusions provided are Foxtel & DVD Player with a selection of DVDs in the living area, and complimentary WiFi. This beautiful cottage is a stone throw away from the sandy beach.
This modern architectural addition to the property has been designed as a granny flat or future property garage. Tastefully designed and well planned, this open plan space offers a comfortable living area with a wall mounted television offering free to air tv channels, a DVD player with selection of DVDs for you to enjoy, a study desk and complementary WiFI. For sleeping there is a luxurious King bed, and set of single bunks, both separated by a mid wall for privacy. The separate kitchen and dining provides a cooking and relaxing space with a 6 seater dining table, whilst offering an ocean view of Seven Mile Beach. The Studio has a modern designed separate bathroom with double rainhead shower and toilet. For entertaining there is a private paved and grassed courtyard with a four burner BBQ and outdoor chairs for relaxing. Out the front is your own private cold water beach shower to rinse of the salt water and those sandy toes.
